Fightwear is easy to sell. Manufacturing it properly is harder.

Brick & Grit exists to give fighters, gyms and teams, and brands controlled UK production — without overseas delays, inconsistent quality or mass overproduction.

Built Brick by Brick

Brick & Grit represents how we operate.

Strong foundations are built step by step. Manufacturing is no different. Structure first. Discipline daily.

Brick for structure. Grit for consistency.

In-House From Start to Finish

Every garment — from custom rashguards, fight shorts and Muay Thai shorts to boxing shorts — is printed, cut and sewn inside our Aylesbury workshop.

  • No outsourced sewing
  • No overseas factories
  • No container shipping delays
  • No factory communication errors

We control the patterns, the stitch count and the final inspection. Production never leaves our building.

Built by People Who Train

We are not fashion manufacturers entering combat sports. We train.

We understand how rashguards fail during scrambles. We understand how Muay Thai shorts need to move in a round. We understand where seams take pressure.

That experience shapes construction decisions at every stage.

Consistency Over Hype

We do not rely on seasonal factory batches or marketing cycles.

Patterns and specifications are stored. Reorders remain consistent. Colour matching remains controlled. Construction does not drift between batches.

What you approve once can be reproduced properly — every time.

Structured Production, Not Guesswork

Whether it is a one-off custom build, a team order or structured brand manufacturing, we operate on clear timelines and controlled processes.

  • Defined production stages
  • Clear approval checkpoints
  • In-house quality checks
  • Transparent communication

No vague lead times. No disappearing suppliers.

Responsible Manufacturing

Local production reduces unnecessary freight and overproduction.

  • Fabric optimisation layouts
  • Off-cuts reused as punchbag filler
  • Sublimation paper recycled
  • No mass surplus stock

Zero waste is a production decision — not a marketing slogan. It forms part of our UK Made & Zero Waste manufacturing model.

Transparent by Design

We operate with full transparency. Our workshop is open by appointment.

You can visit, walk the floor, meet the team and see exactly how your fightwear is produced — from printing to cutting to final stitch.

No hidden factory. No middleman. Real machines. Real people. Real production.

Built on Long-Term Relationships

Brick & Grit is structured for long-term production partnerships.

We are not focused on quick transactions. We work with fighters, gyms and brands who value consistency, reliability and proper manufacturing standards.

Our goal is continuity — repeat production, stable supply and ongoing development.

We build properly. We stay accountable.

The Standard

Controlled. Consistent. Built properly.

When you’re ready to manufacture without compromise, we’re ready to build.
