Custom Orders & Artwork Approval Policy

Last updated: 03/03/2026

1. Custom-Made Products

All custom products are manufactured specifically to your submitted design, sizing, and specification.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

2. Design Approval

Where a digital proof or mock-up is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before production begins.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Spelling and text placement
  • Logo positioning
  • Colours and layout
  • Sizing and garment specifications

We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved design proof.

3. Colour Variations

Please note that colours may appear differently on screens due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Minor variations between digital proofs and printed products do not constitute a fault.

4. Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting correct garment sizes prior to placing an order.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guides before confirming your order.

Custom garments cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing selection.

5. Intellectual Property & Logo Use

By submitting logos, artwork, or design materials, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content; or
  • You have permission from the rights holder to use the content.

Brick & Grit UK is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from materials supplied by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that we believe infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

6. Production Tolerances

As products are manufactured in-house, minor variations in stitching, alignment, or finish may occur.

Such minor variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

7. Commercial & Team Orders

For bulk, gym, or team orders, one approved master design will be used for production.

It is the responsibility of the ordering party to ensure all details are correct before final approval.

8. Use of Images for Marketing

We may use photographs of completed custom products for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to production.
