Your brand on the label. Our workshop behind it. We manufacture white label fightwear UK brands can build a reputation on, and every garment is printed, cut and sewn in-house at our Aylesbury workshop. No pre-made blanks, no heat-applied vinyl, no overseas factories. Your range starts as a raw fabric roll and leaves as finished stock carrying your name.

Just starting out? Our Launch Your Brand packages take you from idea to stocked label — made to order, no minimums, from £99.

Because we control every stage under one roof, we move fast. Standard production is 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation, and express options may be available depending on workshop capacity. Therefore your launch dates and restocks depend on our workshop schedule, not on a shipping container.

Who We Build For

  • Fightwear startups launching a first range under their own name
  • Established apparel brands moving production to the UK
  • Gyms and academies developing an own-brand clothing line
  • Retailers and resellers who need dependable, repeatable stock

Our fightwear manufacturing for brands page covers the full development and production service in detail. Additionally, retailers can apply for trade accounts for retail supply, and gyms building an own-brand line should start with custom gym clothing.

Fully Sublimated, Built From the Fabric Up

Your reputation rides on how the garment holds up. Therefore we print with full sublimation: the dye is embedded into the fabric fibres rather than sitting on the surface, which means your designs will not crack, peel or fade. Every panel is then cut and sewn by our own team in Aylesbury.

  • Full sublimation print with dye embedded into the fabric fibres
  • Compression garments (rashguards, spats, vale tudo shorts and wrestling singlets) in a 230 GSM polyester and elastane blend with true 4-way stretch
  • Flatlock stitching and reinforced high-stress seams on all compression pieces
  • Hoodies, t-shirts, joggers and shorts built from premium performance fabrics chosen for each garment
  • Men’s, women’s and youth sizing across the range

It is the same construction we use for our own custom rashguards. Because we print and cut everything in-house, we also run a UK made and zero waste manufacturing approach.

Why Brands Put Their Label on Our Work

We do not decorate pre-made blanks and we do not outsource. We manufacture the garment itself, so fit, fabric and finish are decided by you and controlled by us. Because your patterns, artwork files and sizing breakdowns are stored in our workshop, batch two matches batch one exactly. UK production also shortens your route to market: fast restocks, no overseas delays and worldwide shipping once your orders come in.

From First Sample to Structured Production

You do not need overseas minimums to launch a range. We develop and sample your products, then scale production at the pace your brand grows.

  • Sampling and product development to lock in fit, fabric and print before you commit
  • No minimum order for one-off pieces, so you can test a single design
  • Flexible run sizes with structured pricing quoted on quantity and specification
  • Stored patterns and artwork, so every repeat batch matches exactly
  • Fast UK turnaround for restocks, with worldwide shipping available

Start small, prove the range, then scale. Because production stays in one workshop, nothing about the product changes as your volumes grow.

White Label Fightwear UK FAQs

Is there a minimum order for white label fightwear? No. One-off pieces carry no minimum, and larger runs move onto structured pricing quoted on quantity and specification.

Can you manufacture under our own brand label? Yes. That is the core of the service: your brand, your artwork, our workshop. Whether you call it white label or private label clothing production, garments are produced under your label from raw fabric roll to finished piece.

How long does production take? Standard production is 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation. Express options may be available depending on workshop capacity.

Will repeat batches match the original run? Yes. We store your patterns, artwork files and sizing breakdowns, so repeat orders match exactly.

Which garments can you produce? Rashguards, spats, vale tudo shorts and wrestling singlets, plus hoodies, t-shirts, joggers and shorts. Men’s, women’s and youth sizing is available across the range.

Do you ship outside the UK? Yes, we ship worldwide. Manufacturing in the UK also means fast restocks for your home market with no overseas delays.

Can we send our own designs? Yes. Upload finished artwork through our online designer or attach files to your enquiry, and we answer every enquiry within one working day.
