Brick & Grit manufactures custom wrestling singlets UK clubs, schools and athletes can rely on. Every singlet is printed, cut and sewn in-house at our Aylesbury workshop. We don’t print onto pre-made blanks and we don’t outsource overseas. Your singlet starts as raw fabric on the roll and leaves as a finished garment, built entirely under one roof.

Standard production takes 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation, and express options may be available depending on workshop capacity. Because we control every stage, there’s no minimum order for one-off pieces, and we ship worldwide.

Who We Build Wrestling Singlets For

  • Wrestling clubs ordering matching team singlets in club colourways
  • Freestyle and Greco-Roman athletes competing through the season
  • Grapplers and MMA athletes adding wrestling to their training
  • University and school wrestling programmes
  • Event squads and exhibition teams that need repeatable batches

If your club also trains no-gi, we build custom BJJ team kits to match your singlets. Clubs and squads can set up structured orders through our gyms and teams service, while individual athletes can order a single piece through one-off customs with no minimum.

Fully Sublimated Singlet Construction

Singlets sit tight to the body and take constant abrasion, so the build matters. We use full sublimation: the dye is embedded into the fabric fibres rather than sitting on top. Therefore your design won’t crack, peel or fade, no matter how many mats it hits. No heat-applied vinyl, ever.

  • 230 GSM polyester/elastane compression fabric
  • True 4-way stretch that moves through shots, sprawls and scrambles
  • Flatlock stitching that sits flat against the skin
  • Reinforced seams at high-stress points
  • Full-coverage sublimation print in your club colourways

It’s the same compression construction we use for our custom rashguards and custom spats, cut to a singlet pattern and available in men’s, women’s and youth sizing.

Built to Survive the Wrestling Room

Wrestling punishes kit. Mat friction, constant gripping and full-contact scrambles put every print and every seam under stress. Because our singlets are fully sublimated, there is no surface layer to damage: the colour is part of the fabric itself. Flatlock stitching keeps seams flat against the skin, and reinforced high-stress seams handle the pulling and twisting a singlet takes every session. Additionally, building garments that last is central to our UK made and zero waste approach. We cut what we need from the roll, and we build it to stay in service.

One-Off Singlets or Structured Team Production

Some orders are one singlet for one athlete. Others are full club batches with a competition deadline. Both run through the same Aylesbury workshop, on the same machines, to the same standard.

  • One-off singlets with no minimum order
  • Club batches in matching colourways, sized for men, women and youth
  • Structured pricing for gyms, teams and brands, quoted on quantity and specification
  • Stored patterns, artwork files and sizing breakdowns, so repeat orders match exactly
  • Fully managed online team stores for clubs

Junior wrestlers are covered too. Our custom kids fightwear service builds youth singlets and kit to the same specification as the adult versions. And because everything is made in the UK, restocks are fast, with no overseas delays.
