Every garment begins as raw fabric, then moves through in-house printing, cutting, and sewing — with no pre-made blanks, no heat-applied vinyl, and no overseas factories involved. Because we control the full process internally, we maintain strict production standards with a standard turnaround of 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation. Express production options are also available when required.

What fabric weight do you use? We manufacture using a 230 GSM polyester / elastane performance blend designed for durability, stretch recovery and long-term wear.

Do you offer long sleeve and short sleeve options? Yes. Both long sleeve and short sleeve builds are available, along with men’s, women’s and youth sizing.

Will the design crack or fade? No. All artwork is fully sublimated into the fabric fibres, meaning it will not peel, crack or fade after repeated washing and hard training.

How long does production take? Standard production time is 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation. Express production may be available depending on workshop capacity.

Do you offer bulk pricing for gyms and teams? Yes. Structured pricing is available for academy runs, graded rashguards and brand production. Final quotes are based on garment specification and quantity.
