Need custom fightwear built in the UK with no minimum order? That’s exactly what we manufacture. One-Off Customs are produced entirely in-house, whether it’s custom rashguards UK fighters rely on, personalised fightwear for competition or custom MMA shorts built to spec. Everything is made under one roof from design to final stitch.

Standard production time is 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation. Express options are available depending on production capacity. Same-day collection and next-day delivery can also be arranged where scheduling allows.

Built in Our Workshop. Days, Not Weeks.

We don’t buy in blanks. We don’t farm out sewing. And we don’t operate on 30-day overseas production cycles.

Your custom rashguard, shorts or walkout gear is printed, cut and stitched here — on industrial sublimation equipment, commercial cutting tables and reinforced sewing machines. Every one-off piece leaves our workshop with the same build standard, stitch integrity and finish. No variance. No excuses.

The Gear We Build From Scratch

Every garment starts as fabric roll. Every piece is printed, cut and sewn under this roof.

Explore the individual garment pages for full specifications, fabric weights and reinforced stress-point construction details.

How a One-Off Order Works

  1. Brief Us Properly Tell us the garment, sizes and deadline. Send artwork, references or even a rough concept — we’ll translate it into a production-ready design.
  2. Mock-Up & Approval We create a digital proof showing layout, colours and placement. You review it, confirm the details and give final approval before anything goes to print.
  3. In-House Production Once artwork is approved and payment is confirmed, your order moves into production. Printed on Epson industrial equipment, cut on commercial tables and sewn on professional machines — all inside our UK workshop.
  4. Packed & Dispatched Finished garments are quality-checked, packed and shipped ready for training or competition.

Basic layout adjustments are included. Advanced illustration or complex artwork is quoted separately before production begins.

We Control Every Stitch

  • Fabric sourced direct — no middlemen
  • Patterns cut in-house on our own tables
  • Sublimation printed on Epson industrial equipment
  • Heat pressed with commercial-grade presses
  • Stress points double-stitched
  • Reinforced with premium bonded thread
  • Sewn on Juki & Siruba machines

Because production remains entirely in-house, quality control is applied at every stage before dispatch.

Fabrics That Don’t Quit

This isn’t fashion. It’s combat sport kit.

  • Polyester / elastane performance blends – true 4-way stretch
  • Structured panels where anchor points are needed
  • Reinforced high-stress seams
  • Flatlock stitching built to handle repeated grips
  • Anti-slip waistband option (no ride-up)
  • Competition-ready construction

Designed for BJJ, MMA, Muay Thai and any discipline that demands durable, performance-grade fightwear.

Waste? Not on Our Floor.

Fabric off-cuts are reused as punchbag filler. Sublimation paper is sent for recycling. By manufacturing locally in the UK, we reduce unnecessary freight, overproduction and long supply chains.

Your custom kit is built responsibly — and built to last.
