Our Custom Spats UK are manufactured entirely in-house at Brick & Grit, with every pair produced inside our Aylesbury workshop from fabric roll to finished garment. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is heat-pressed onto blanks, and nothing is shipped in from overseas factories.
Because production stays in-house, our custom spats UK process allows us to control every stage — print quality, stretch recovery, seam strength and final fit. Standard production time is 3–5 working days from artwork approval and payment confirmation, with express options available if you are working to a specific deadline.

Do the spats stay in place during training? Yes. The waistband is constructed for a secure fit, helping reduce slipping or movement during scrambles and guard work.
Will the design fade or peel? No. All graphics are fully sublimated into the fabric fibres, meaning they will not crack, peel or fade over time.
