1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Brick & Grit UK (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Custom & Personalised Products

Many of our products are custom-made or personalised to your specifications.

  • Custom products are manufactured to order.
  • You are responsible for approving all design proofs before production begins.
  • By submitting logos or artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use them.
  • We are not responsible for errors approved in final design proofs.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Brick and Grit Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order.

We accept payment via secure online payment gateways and bank transfer.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order size and workload.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns & Faulty Items

Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrectly manufactured.

If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

If a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs and materials remain the property of Brick & Grit UK.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that infringe intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Blueprint Sessions & Launch Your Brand Packages

What the £99 buys. A Blueprint Session includes a 60-minute brand consultation, a fabric and print sample pack by post, digital mockups of your logo on our garments, and our Brand Launch Pack. We’ll contact you straight after your order to arrange your session; your sample pack is sent to your billing address unless you tell us otherwise.

Your £99 credit. The full £99 is credited against any Launch Your Brand package, or your first production order, for 90 days from purchase — and if life gets in the way, talk to us. Credits apply to packages and orders with us; they have no cash value.

Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your session takes place. By booking your session within 14 days of purchase, you ask us to begin the service inside the usual cancellation period; once your session has been delivered, the £99 is no longer refundable — but it remains credited as above.

Packages. Package prices cover setup and onboarding only. Garments are billed separately at your rate card, which we provide in your session before you commit to any package. Storefront and website services carry monthly costs, set out in your session and your order confirmation before you pay. Full Label build slots and Stocked approval are allocated after your session — Stocked is subject to design approval.

No sales guarantees. Our packages provide infrastructure — stores, listings, production and fulfilment. We do not guarantee sales or revenue, and nothing on our site or in your session should be read as a promise of either.
