The Gym
313 Fitness – Martial Arts, Fitness & Community Training in London
313 Fitness is a fast-growing martial arts and fitness community in East London. It runs locations in Manor Park and Leyton. The gym centres on discipline, progression, and a strong team culture. As a result, it blends high-level martial arts coaching with functional fitness for adults and children. The team opened its doors in 2012. Since then, 313 has grown into a multi-level facility. Today it welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors.
Classes and coaching
313 Fitness offers a wide range of classes and coaching programmes. Each one targets skill development and real-world performance. Members can train in:
